Adjectives describe nouns by giving information about their qualities or characteristics.
tall → taller → tallest
Comparative adjectives compare two things and often use -er or another comparative form.
beautiful → more beautiful → most beautiful
Superlative adjectives compare three or more things and show the highest degree.
Use than after many comparative forms.
Comparative adjectives are often followed by than when the second item is named.
