Subject: I, he, she, they
Subject pronouns are used as the subject of a sentence or clause.
Object: me, him, her, them
Object pronouns are used after a verb or preposition as the receiver or object of an action.
Possessive: mine, yours, hers, theirs
Possessive pronouns show ownership and can stand in place of a noun phrase.
Demonstrative: this, that, these, those
Demonstrative pronouns point to specific people or things: this, that, these and those.

“She reads.” is the pronoun doing the action.
Give it to her.
“Give it to her.” is used as the object of the verb or preposition.
The bag is hers.
